The hotel's location was super convenient right next to Ohio University, making it a great spot for visiting the campus. The rooms were clean, comfy, with amenities better than expected, but unfortunately, there was some noise from the HVAC system and vending area. The service was exceptional, and the facilities were particularly pleasing. However, the dining options were a bit pricey for the limited choices available.
The hotel had some strange stair configurations that had us riding the elevator up and then walking down six stairs to get to our room, but overall the rooms were very nice and better than expected. The service was very accommodating with beautiful grounds. The location was good, especially for visiting Ohio University students, but needed more lounge chairs at the pool. The dining experience was exceptional, but staff morale seemed discontent. Despite some minor drawbacks, it was a lovely stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, with a separate living room space, and I had my own patio with a view of the pool and courtyard. The service was beyond fantastic, with room service and even pet amenities available. The location was awesome for visiting my daughter at OU, making it easy to get to and check-in. The dining experience was a treat, especially during breakfast. However, the lack of lounge chairs at the pool was a bit of a downside.
